Microsoft Edge works on the portal, but we do not support it. In this case, we recommend upgrading to Edge Chromium.
Internet Explorer 11 (and all previous versions) does not work and is not supported either. This browser is completely outdated, insecure and not adapted for modern websites (in terms of speed and functionality).
Log in and user information
This portal is linked to the MyIntegra portal and uses the user accounts of this parent portal and the authentication mechanism. It is very important to note that both the user accounts for SRM (starting with an “S”) and the “lev.”-accounts of the previous supplier portal are not supported. Only the MyIntegra general accounts are supported.
If you do not yet have such a general login on MyIntegra, you can request it by filling in the form via Request new user.
When clicking Login, you will be redirected to the login page of the MyIntegra portal. You have the option to:
- log in
- change your password (expires every 3 months!)
- reset your forgotten password
- this is only possible if you know to which e-mail address your account is linked
if you don’t remember this, please fill in our Password forgotten form. The colleagues of our Purchasing Department will then be happy to assist you in resolving this
After successful login, you will automatically be referred back to this portal and you will see that you are logged in at the top right.
If you are not yet logged in, but still try to open one of the Apps on the portal, then the portal will similarly refer you to MyIntegra to log you in there first, after which you will automatically be referred back to the app that you wanted to open.
